Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – for online purchases

Items must be returned within 7 days from the date they are sent out, with a valid return request. Please register your return request by emailing setinblueatelier@setinbluedecor.com, as we are unable to accept or process returns without prior registration.

- Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Orders placed using promo or voucher codes are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Set In Blue Atelier with valid reasons.
- Returnable items must be unworn, and its tag/sticker intact.
- Returnable items must be in the original packaging that you received.

The client is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be arranged within 7 days from the received date. In cases of exchange, the delivery charge of the replacement item will be borne by Set In Blue Atelier.

Size or Colour Exchange
Items can be exchanged only for a different size or color of the same item code, provided it is available at the same price. If there is a price difference, the client will be required to pay the difference.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will contact you to obtain your banking details for the refund.
The refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above.

Set In Blue Atelier reserves the right to request photographic evidence regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before accepting a return with full refund (including shipping cost/delivery cost) but exclude import duties & taxes. 

Set In Blue Atelier reserves the right to refuse any returns that are not authorized or do not follow our Return Policy. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address.
